What we collect

The request builder and the tracker: nothing

Both run entirely in your browser. Your name, aliases, addresses, phone numbers and email are used to write the letters on your own machine and are never transmitted to us. Closing the tab or clearing your browser data removes them, because there is no other copy.

The broker register and the exposure check: nothing

Both are static pages built ahead of time. Reading them tells us nothing about you beyond what your browser sends to any web server.

Server logs: the ordinary minimum

Our host records requests to the site, which includes IP addresses, in the normal course of serving pages. We do not combine those logs with anything else, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.

No analytics, no advertising, no cookies on the tools

There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no cookie banner on the request builder or the tracker, because there is nothing to consent to.

What we never collect

Identity documents. There is no field for one anywhere in the product and no column for one in the database. Where a broker asks you to prove who you are, you send that to the broker, not to us. It is the most damaging thing a service like this could hold, so we made holding it impossible rather than merely against policy.

Your rights

You have the same rights against us that this product helps you exercise against data brokers. Because the free tools hold nothing, there is currently nothing for us to erase, and we would tell you that rather than manufacture a process. If that changes when the paid tier opens, this notice changes with it and the erasure route will be a real one. Write to hello@nodossier.com.
